S.I.M. SCS Standard enclosure has more special features than the CS standard, it has a canopy that prevents spray of water to ingress into the enclosure. This type of enclosure is suitable for outdoor installation purposes. The front lip of the enclosure is folded to provide rigidly and to prevent liquids from the gasket it can protect the electrical equipment inside the enclosure from dust and liquids. This type of enclosure is made from a cold rolled steel sheet and have 20 standard sizes.
